The Betaflex 334 offers increased resolution, full color image capture and analysis, and extraordinary ease of use.
Track halftone changes from the film to the flexo plate and all the way to the press. Measure true dot area, screen ruling, Contour Factor, and more.
The tabletop inspection unit captures a high-resolution image of any film, translucent flexographic or letterpress plate, offset plate, color proof, or press sheet.
Betaflex 334Measure all types of flexo plates regardless of color, gauge, or washout depth. Plates produced with solvent, water, and thermal washout systems can be measured to less than a 1% dot.
Laser ablation masks and plates are evaluated for dot area, ruling, and dot quality more accurately than can be determined with a densitometer.Image preview and analysis is carried out on a PC using a convenient USB interface. Images are captured, automatically analyzed, and optionally stored and printed on the PC.
